Sometimes the things you want to run away from are your relatives, relationships that ended badly, and people who say they care but never call you. When you don't have a good support system it makes it difficult to find the reason to want to carry on. You said don't leave loved ones until you have to, but for some of us there is no family or friends to lean on. If you are about to kill yourself, I would assume that few bridges have been burned on the way. Sorry if this isn't worded correctly but I took my Ambien a couple of hours alo and haven't fallen asleep yet. It is difficult to want to continue on when you know you won’t be missed.
