Ambien vs Marijuana

I know you may think that ambien is helping you now. thats what i thought when i tried to end my insomnia with it. but the truth is that ambien is a terrible drug. its not even a real sedative. it causes intense auditory and visual hallucination, and can can extreme delusions and amnesia. after a while you become very dependent on it and once you stop there is a rebound insomnia. and all those phony pharm meds are hell on your internal organs and cause constipation.

You need to choose some healthier alternatives. Valerian root does wonders and it all natural.

The best thing ive found is Marijuana. dont let the taboo of an “illegal” plant scare you. It contains many natural chemicals that are damn near a cure-all for many things. and with the invention of vaporization theres absolutely zero health risk involved. Hundreds if not thousands have died from direct links to ambien. Marijuana in the tens of thousands of years of its existence has contributed to the death of not a single person.

Marijuana will help build that appetite up before allowing you a nice nap

Marijuana has become a miracle of sorts for me and my family. my grandma was diagnosed with leukemia. doctors gave her 6 mos. here she is 5 years later tokin it up with her grandson healthy enough to live to see her great grandson. both myself and my dad have osteo-arthritis. hes had both hips and a knee replaced due to cartilage loss and im soon to follow. not only did marijuana take away almost all of the pain and leave me able to function, but my doctor says that my cartilage loss has ceased for the time being.

I hope this was helpful, as much as this amazing plant has helped so many like myself

Year right you are wrong, and this isnt just one of the “retard pot heads” speaking. While some people do not enjoy the experience of a marijuana stone, others do, and it likely works as a better sleep aid for them than ambien does for you. Everyone is different and everyone reacts to different drugs in different ways, it’s our genes and the chemicals in our minds that cause us to do this. So while you are perfectly at liberty to not like marijuana, that does not mean you should tell people things about it that are not ‘necessarily’ true. I have smoked marijuana for years, only very rarely do i get paranoid, and I actually enjoy the feeling of being “in space” that you mentioned, as do hundreds of thousands of other completely normal and successful people. Of course marijuana isn’t perfect and can make you lazy and just not care about certain things, but only if you let it, and sometimes these affects can actually be good things, but only sometimes. It’s about responsible use, and it’s not for everyone, but it could also potentially improve the quality of living greatly for many people. The people that don’t enjoy it, don’t have to use it. Marijuana, as the original poster said, is completely harmless to your body if vaporized or eaten. Even if marijuana is burned with more crude methods, like through a pipe or bong, it is still MUCH more harmless than America’s (and most of the world’s) legal alternative, alcohol. Any damage from inhaling marijuana smoke that is not vaporized will not catch up with the smoker until after many many years of chronic use, and this damage does not include cancer. No incident of cancer has been linked directly to marijuana, ever, although many people who smoke(d) both tobacco (also legal in virtually the whole world) and marijuana have developed cancer. I know there are legitimate college studies out there to prove everything i have said in this post, and when i get a chance i will repost/edit and add links to these studies, where possible. Some studies I learned about through books, which i will also soon post the names of. But for now I am very tired and need to get to sleep, which i will do without marijuana, because while it does help with occasional insomnia, I am not dependent on it to sleep.

I totally agree with you. I have had insomnia for about a year now. The only thing that really helps is marijuana. I also take a small dose of seroquel and this combination works best for me. I moved to another state for 4 months in between, where marijuana is illegal, and I had to do without it for those months. I pretty much turned into a zombie during that time. So happy to be back in California. Those who despise marijuana have no idea how much it can help. I am not saying it can cure any illness, but its an awesome painkiller and also helps you sleep better when you have trouble sleeping because of anxiety or any other reason.
