Ambien CR Withdrawal

I never experienced true withdrawal from Ambien, unless the withdrawal is insomnia. I think it’s more than when I don’t take Ambien, my insomnia really takes over. I’ve come up with a solution that works, but it only works when I do it: spending the entire day outside. If I wake up at 6 am and sit on my deck or walk on the beach or lay in the sun for 14 hours, I fall asleep like clockwork. The minute I start spending time indoors, I have trouble sleeping. Does indoor living really cause my insomnia? There must be some pill that can make my body think it’s outdoors all day – at least it won’t make me forgot everything I did the night before!
