I am an avid user of Ambien, prescribed by my doctor for my incredible Insomnia – I will be awake for literally 3 days without sleep if I’m not on Ambien, true story. And I have never one time experienced anything like you people are describing. I take 20mg a night. A night! It puts me in a beautiful, euphoric, state that provides me the luxury of sleep. I have never had one single thought of suicide. I never wanted to drive a car or buy booze. I never wanted to kill someone else. I never wanted to do any of that stupid shit. What’s wrong with you people? You all need something more than Ambien to get you through, that’s for sure. Maybe some Zolof.
You people are nuts. Ambien is the best sleep aid in the world today and I am thankful to have it because being awake and feeling run down and tired and agitated because of the fact you can’t sleep is an entirely new game to play.

I am very blessed to not need any sleep aid. I exercise a lot and sleep very deeply at night. I came to this website, because someone was attempting suicide on another website I was reading and mentioned they had 30 Ambien.
I started reading how Ambien effects many people on this site.
You are foolish to make blanket statements when you don’t obviously don’t understand the first thing about pharmacology, biochemistry and the complicated connection between body, mind and soul.
Those who feel likc committing suicide. Please understand that it can be a CHEMICAL IMBALANCE you may be suffering from which MAGNIFIES YOUR PROBLEMS.

I am 60 years old and have grown quite resentful of persons like you who speak with authority about the life experiences of others. Surfhoney is too kind in her response to you.
My son killed himself under the influence of Ambien. This last week I talked to a client who had not heard of my son’s death. He told me that his niece killed herself within 6 days of starting on Ambien. His family has initiated a lawsuit.
I am very glad that you have had an excellent experience with this drug. I pray that you will continue to have that experience. However, your ignorance regarding the effects Ambien can have on others is glaring.
