Instead of killing yourself, try changing your life. Research sleep strategies, start working out, find a hobby you are passionate about, and things will get better. I promise. Acne Research / Study Leads to Help with Sleep Problems
If you are on this site, chances are it’s because you or a close friend/loved one turned to Ambien because of problems with sleep. Probably without exploring every system for getting the best natural sleep. Well, according to acneresearch.org, sleeping is a pretty big part of acne, and part of their acne treatment involves fixing your sleep cycle. They offer a pretty good system (much of which we have put on our sleep strategies page), but I recommend checking out the site anyway.
